General Provisions
These Website and Platform Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the rules of use of the website and platform owned and operated by DALINORA s. r. o., with its registered seat in the Slovak Republic, registered in the Commercial Register of the Slovak Republic (hereinafter referred to as "Company" or "DALINORA"). Terms used in these Terms have the following meaning, unless the context requires otherwise: The Website is an internet site operated by DALINORA, including all its subpages. The Platform is a software and web interface developed by DALINORA for the purpose of establishing a business relationship with users/clients and providing services through a digital environment. The Company reserves the right to change the Platform, its features or content at any time.

The user bears full responsibility for all actions carried out through their user profile and is obliged to prevent its use by other persons. The user undertakes in particular to: a) not provide access to the Platform or device to another person, b) not disclose login or authentication credentials to a third party, c) immediately inform DALINORA of the loss, theft or possible misuse of login credentials.
